The Custom Space is proud to have supported Glenn Grant Builders with the custom joinery fit-out for this impressive new build in Kaiteriteri. Custom ply joinery was chosen to further enhance the warmth of this modern, contemporary build showcasing timber and natural products throughout.

Benchtops: Stainless Steel Orbital finish with anti-spill edge and integrated/welded Mercer stainless steel sink in the Kitchen. Plytech Futura HPL on Plywood on the bedroom unit.

Hardware: Avantech You Drawers by Hettich, Soft Close Hinges by Blum. Electra Overlay Pull handles by Elite
